A family owned and operated business, Flowers by Susan has six family members with more than 12 decades of combined experience involved in all aspects of the business, from management and design to customer service and delivery. For over 20 years, Flowers by Susan has specialized in fresh flowers. In addition to flowers, Flowers by Susan offers gourmet baskets, specialty chocolates, new baby gifts, silk flower arrangements, lush house plants, dish gardens and Colonial At Home Candles.
On all orders placed by 12:00 PM (EST), Flowers by Susan offers same day delivery to Port Saint Lucie, Stuart, Jensen Beach, Palm City & Fort Pierce. With two store locations, Flowers by Susan boasts the largest fleet of delivery vans in the St. Lucie county & Martin county areas. In addition to the main store at 130 SW Port St. Lucie Blvd., Flowers by Susan also has a location West Port St. Lucie on Gatlin Blvd. Flowers by Susan even offers convenient e-mail notification to let you know when your floral or gift delivery has been made to your recipient.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least one day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Flowers By Susan Delivery Policy
|
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
A local delivery fee of $10.99 in most areas will be added to each order for each address. (For semi-local deliveries outside our normal delivery area, this fee may vary.)
All other orders would be out of town orders. On all out of town orders, there is a $10.99 delivery charge, and a $10.00 wire service fee.
Our normal delivery period is an all day time frame of anywhere between 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Holidays may be later). Cut off for same day deliveries to Fort Pierce, Stuart, Palm City, and Jensen Beach is noon.
We try to deliver to all businesses before 5:00 p.m.
U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet. |
